The Grid Connected Small Power Developers Association (GCSPDA) presently has a membership comprising companies primarily engaged in developing mini hydro projects. They avail of sub-loans from PCIs to set up these investment projects. These companies sell electricity to the grid under a standardised small power purchase agreement and tariff formula.
